Homemade Holiday

Hi All,
I wanted to share a card I made with the awesome new Homemade Holiday Photopolymer stamp set. This set is just so much fun to work with and leaves a host of possibilities! Check out my latest creation:

I used a base of Naturals White and a layer of Cherry Cobbler. I hope you can see the sparkle on the snowflakes and on the sentiment! I decided to use the gorgeous Silver Encore ink. With all the detail I bet you think this took "forever", Wrong! Maybe 10 minutes! This set makes crafting a snap! A little silver ribbon and I was done.

Owl Case'ing

Hi  All,
I wanted to share a cute card that I CAS'ed  from Working Out the Inks. Check out her blog! Anyhow I realized that I needed a few more Halloween cards and thought that Regina's card was a perfect inspiration! Here is my card:

I love the new Holiday Home set and loved the idea of using the Owl Punch in the foreground. I totally copied the idea of drawing the spider web on the door. Loved it!

Freshly Made Halloween!

Hi All,
On this stormy day I decided I better work on my Halloween cards (amongst other things! ). I of course was pressed for time and needed a sketch. So I went on over to Freshly Made Sketches and they had this very versatile sketch:
Here is what I came up with:

I was again motivated to use the very cool photopolymer stamp set Home made holiday and the coordinating framelits! The framelits made a great city scape! Of course I colored my house with the awesome Blendabilites and made the background with some Sweet Taffy DP. Love the bright orange circles!

Mojo Wednesday!

Hi All,
I wanted to share some of my Halloween cards that used some of the awesome new goodies in the new Holiday Catalog! I knew that I had to get my own Halloween cards done but was stumped for a layout so I went on over to Mojo Monday and they had this great sketch:

I knew this would be perfect! Here is what I came up with:

Love, Love Love the new Holiday Home Polymer stamp set with the coordinating Homemade Holiday framelits. These Polymer stamps were SO easy to use and line up! It was also a great way to play with my Blendabilities! Its so great to be able to blend colors without them bleeding through the paper! Love the end result! Thanks for stopping by!

Love these late night postings!

Evening All,
I intended to post this yesterday but of course the day got away from me! That happens with four kids under one roof especially when one is only 11 weeks old!! I am impressed with myself that I have found a little time to craft here and there during the week. Yesterday I was trying to get a few "Thank You" cards done but was stumped for a layout until I went on over to Freshly Made Sketches and they had this awesome sketch:

Here is what I came up with:

I used a base of Old Olive, some Rich Razzleberry and coordinating Cottage Wall DP that I had squirreled away. I had used the sentiment from the "From My Heart" set. Love the elegant look of this stamp! A little Razzleberry ribbon and I was done. One of my favorite reasons for using the Stampin Up product line is all the coordination. I love that I can have the same exact shade from DP, to ribbon to ink to brads, etc! Well off to another project before my littlest one needs me again!
Have a great night!
